TariffsTool.com is operated by Master Plan Bookkeeping. These terms cover the website, calculators, guides, data feeds, and forms (the “Services”).
Estimates, not advice
Duty rates, refund figures, and landed-cost outputs are estimates for information and education. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or customs brokerage advice, and they are not a binding HTS classification. Actual duty depends on the exact classification, country of origin, entry date, and any exclusion or trade-agreement claim. Verify rates in the USITC Harmonized Tariff Schedule or with a licensed customs broker before you file an entry.
No guaranteed refund
Dollar totals and entry counts shown for the IEEPA refund program describe published CBP or court filings. They are not a promise that any importer will be paid a particular amount. Eligibility, offsets, and timing are decided by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the courts. A calculator result is not a claim, a filing, or a determination.
Information you send us
Forms may ask for contact details and import information so we can send an estimate or respond to a request. How that information is used and shared is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, full bank-account numbers, or other secrets through these forms.
Data feeds
The JSON API and downloadable files at /developers are free to use with attribution: a visible link to https://www.tariffstool.com wherever the data is displayed. Please cache responses. For high-volume use, use the contact form.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the Services, probe them for vulnerabilities, or submit forms with false contact details. We may refuse or rate-limit submissions that look automated or abusive.
No warranty
The Services are provided as-is. Tariff law changes, and a page can be out of date. We do not warrant that rates, dates, or refund figures are complete or current. The change log and the “Updated” date on each rate page are the freshness signals we publish.
